We booked a VAN with ferry from Koh Lanta to Koh Pha-Ngan. From Koh Lanta we were also picked up with a VAN and to the airport, where the first 3 passengers were dropped off and the van drove us to a station and there we were dropped off without an explanation. After 2.5 hours of waiting, a coach suddenly arrived. Where we had to get in to Koh Pha-Ngan. To this day, we are waiting for an explanation or a refund.

The bus arrived at time. The driver was driving very close behind other cars. The bus was totaly loaded.
From Seatrans the bus was totaly overloaded. Not any space left. Luggage between the seats and not any space for the legs. Never had such bad transport.
At the boot you had to carry your luggage to the second floor.

Unfortunately, the trip was far from satisfactory. The minivan was faulty, with broken shock absorbers, and it was massively overloaded—there were two extra passengers and luggage piled in the aisles. We had no room to move and only got out of the vehicle when the driver rearranged the luggage. The second part of the journey by ferry was fine, but the first part was extremely disappointing. Overall, I’d give it a maximum of two out of five stars, and we wouldn’t book it again. Also because we had a two hours layover to the ferry, which can be managed with less waiting time.

Picked up in Ko Lanta 7:30: 2h cramped van + 4h comfortable bus + 1h wait for ferry (they could have just picked us up an hour later) + delayed ferry. Got to Pha Ngan 17:30
We were not taken anywhere near the accommodation but were urged to take an overpriced cab...
