Worked well and effective Bit disappointed it wasnt cancellable as I had made an error about which pier to sail from. However that was my fault. Voyage was fine and crew helped unload. Vessel was old with only fans no aircon and these were open and unsafe

We travelled from Koh lanta to koh mook. Pick up was on time. We were fortunate and were able to ride in the front of the pick up truck while other travellers were in the back and it was wet. We went to the pier in old town and we loaded promptly onto a ferry. It was a bit rough on The Ferry but manageable. We arrived later than the ticket indicated.

DON'T BOOK HERE! YOU GOT SCAMMED!! It doesn't matter what you agreed on. In there therms they said they can change anything, so instead of a minivan they put you on local bus. And instead of a speedboat they puth you on a cargo... Really bad experience!! A local bus is no problem, but it is if you paid for more... They overbooked the chairs, so big kid had to sit at the woman next to me. She puked 3 times next to me... I travelled a lot in Asia, so ofcourse I know things can turn out a little bit differently. But this was really a scam. Don't book here!!
