Transfer from hotel to pier via Songthew. Boat transfer by ferry perfect . Van transfer to bus a little confusing as we found out of the transfer at the time and taxi driver spoke broken English . Bus transfer to Nuanyhip pier excellent

Wrong regular arrivaltime !! 3 hours difference , departure bus 30 minutes later, Overall 1 hour later, 30 minutes break in a 3 hours drive is inactcepable

The two buses we were on had good leg room (unlike the Pattaya to Koh Chang) so it was a much better experience. However, the lack of driver communication and the steps one takes to from island transport to ferry to bus is not good and can be fixed so easily. It would make the experience 5 stars.
