Vibhu AYou buy ticket and hope that everything goes well. No communication about when the taxi will pick us up. But he appeared at our hotel exactly at 8am as stated on the ticket. In this case very punctual but usually plus/minus 15-30 minutes from my experience with Boonsiri. Don't worry if taxi arrives later because ferry is from the same company. It won't depart until all taxis have arrived at the harbor.
After arriving in Trat harbor passengers were picked up by taxis and taken to a bus station. But don't worry if you missed the first taxis. In our case the taxis came back and picked the rest up. So don't worry about missing the bus. Then we were taken to a bus station and took the bus to Bangkok. They even gave us each a lunchbox. It was not mentioned on the ticket.
It took roughly 5 hours and 40 minutes to reach Bangkok. Overall it took about 8 hours and 40 minutes to reach Bangkok (8am to 4:40pm). About 1 hour longer than expected.

Dariusz KExcellent - brand new bus and very professional driver from Trat to Bangkok he drove without stopping because some passengers needed to catch flights and there was a toilet inside the bus. We arrived earlier than expected and he knows the road perfectly well. The driver only took a short brake for toilet because he was unable to go while driving, but everyone else remained in the bus. Very serious company! Watch out for the competition starting with "S" that had a Ferry sank!!!
