The pick up was on time, but when we areive to their office after getting off from the ferry, they didn't know to tell us the exact time of the next bus and evetually we had to wait 2 hours in the heat with no air conditioning, apparently becuase the driver was delayed on another peir, at least what they told us at the end when the bus arrived. Besides that the rest was fine.

I was quite nervous about this trip and getting the visa on arrival in Cambodia , but it went really smoothly. Best to have American Dollars to pay for the visa though.

Trip was well arranged but the information about the trip was poor. No information was given about the border procedure and the Thai driver didn’t know anything and didn’t speak any English. The information anout the trip should have been better.
