We booked the travel with a hotel transfer. Unfortunately our hotel was not listed at 12go Asia. So I write a message and get no response. 4 hours before the scheduled start to the pear we get a message that we have to move to a hotel. At this time we allready have booked a transport by ourselves. Unfortunately there was no refund for not using service from 12go.

The hotel pickup was punctual, which was a good start. However, the waiting experience at Bang Bao Pier was quite uncomfortable—standing in the full midday sun with limited shade made it tough. The covered boarding area was too small to accommodate the large crowd, adding to the discomfort. The ferry itself was delayed by 30 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, while the transfer was efficient, better organization and more shade at the pier would improve the experience.
