The google maps link for the pick up point is wrong! Luckily thai people are so nice and some park rangers drove me to the correct pick up point. I waited an hour for my Van. I wasn't in a rush but it would be pretty shitty if I was. The staff has an attitude and again I can handle these things they are probably annoyed by all the travellers and their questions and panic. But this is no reason to not stay nice. Everything else was okay.

Ticket counter on pdf is in one location and then you’re sent somewhere else to get the bus. Boarding of bus was very unclear and there was far too many people and pieces of luggage on what was a minivan, not a bus
