Bus ride was comfortable and on time. They didn’t actually stop in the airport (about 10 mins away on the main highway) like I expected and a couple people missed their stops. Luckily I was able to request a different stop closer to my accommodation

Bus was 30 minutes too late. I booked a ticket to airport en had no idea there where multiple stops. Dropped of at the busstation nearby old town. And had to arrange an extra taxi.

Driver was on time, the vehicle was good but there were 2 seats next to driver and the middle one was not at all comfortable (no space for both feet and uncomfortable headrest). I travelled like like that for 3 hours where I paid same price as everyone

I booked a transfer to Phuket airport and they dropped me off at a random side of the road lit 30 mins walk from the airport. Had to pay 100bhat per person for a Tuk Tuk to take us to the actual airport. Don’t understand why it says it takes you to the airport when it doesn’t

Driver was friendly and a good driver, but we were 45 minutes late to the airport and catching a flight would have been very stressful and concerning (ours was the day after but others looked worried).
