They over booked, people had to sit in the isle for a 4 hour drive and the driver kept stopping to pick random people up which delayed our arrival time, we were 1 hour late.

The bus was 30min late at our pick-up location and we arrived even 1,5 hours late at our destination. The bus was overbooked and some people had to stand for the first 15min. The driver had good music though and was friendly.

Late, driver was rude and stopped for personal errands a couple times. We arrived almost 2 hours later than we had booked for and zero communication. He was also rough with everyone's bags even when told not to be. Very bad experience and ruined our day!

Transport was comfortable and everything worked out in the end, but you need to be prepared to always add AT LEAST 1h to the expected arrival time. It will depend on how many guests need to be picked up along the way and traffic conditions, but at least on the route Khao Sok - Phuket Airport, consider 1h more.

The trip went well, except that we were first contacted on WhatsApp where they asked which hotel we wanted to be picked up from. After a while, they then wrote that there had been a mistake and that we would be picked up at Van Station instead. So the beginning was confusing regarding where they would pick us up. We then arrived more than 20 minutes late. However, the driver was nice and dropped us off at our accommodation.
