This is the worst experience of my life. The driver was supposed to arrive at 14:00, but he arrived at 14:20, and that's when I called the office. He arrived to pick up other people at 14:40, even though it was also stated that he would arrive at 14:00. The bus - Van is of very poor quality, nothing like what is shown online. Finally we arrived at the Krabi bus station, because according to them one man did not pay enough. We waited for about 30 minutes, until we finally went not to Ao Nang, but to their office to drop off the man, even though he had paid more than all of us other passengers. We demanded a refund or that the Bolt be paid, but they refused. Finally, after 30 minutes we set off and the owner threatened the man that he would find him. The trip was supposed to take 2.5 hours, but it took 4 hours. Terrible experience.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! The driver was driving like a crazy man at 120+kph on a 50kph limit. When asked to slow down, the driver had a breakdown, started shouting and pulled over. And said that his boss would punish him if he didn't make it to the destination and back within a certain time. This company is mistreating its employees and causing them to put customers' safety at risk This needs to be reported because the driver was clearly under duress!

If Time is not your priority then all is good . The van came to pick us up at our hotel but also the others at their hotel. This means we left one hour later than planned and arrived one hour later . Price was competitive so as we did not have anything planned after we considered it was a great service.

We weren't on the drivers list to pick up from our hotel. If somebody else wasn't being picked up too we would of been left stranded. Driver was helpful and sorted the collection out. It was a system error somewhere.

We travelled from Khao Sok to Ao nammao in a van. The van left Khao Sok at 9h15 which is normal in Thailand. The trip was overall 3 hours which was the previously stated time for the travel. We stopped at Krabi before. The driver was super nice. Half trip we stopped at a service station

My son got 1200 bat stolen from his bag when we stoppede for at small break. The driver locked the van, but one Guy was sleeping and didnt get out. So take All your belongings with you when you take a break.

Terrible experience with the black tiger transfer. The driver arrived half an hour late and we couldn’t contact him or the company in any way. He was very rude, shouting and driving extremely dangerously honking all the time. The car stinked and was in bad condition. And the worst part - he left us all in a random place although when buying the tickets we stated in which hotels we wanted to be dropped off at. He started taking out all the bags and said that we could just walk and drove away. Sadly my hotel was far away from the spot and I had trouble finding a taxi. That really ruined my whole trip
