Christian MDriver was early, van was clean and comfortable, stopped for a bathroom break, driver helped us with tickets onto the night ferry.
The beds on the night ferry were a little hard but clean and tidy. Would do again.

Joey ETaxi driver was unkind and drove very rough and speedy. With reckless overtakes. Didn't help with the bags.
The boat trip was bumpy but fine.

Perttu KExcellent service! On time and communication was easy. We forgot some of our luggage to the van, and they send them via ferry the next day!

Molly SWe went from Khao Sok to Koh Tao. We arrived at the van station and checked in then you get a sticker so when the cans arrive they come and look at the sticker and take u with them. you get the van to another van station about 1.5 hours away. Then swap to another van, again they look at the sticker, then they drive another hour to the kind of ferry station. from there u need to check in and get a ticket. one side of the ticket is for the bus, the other for the ferry. u wait for the bus this then takes about an hour to get to the pier, then it’s a high speed catamaran which stops at koh samui and pangnan on the wait so u arrive at koh tao about 2.5 hours later. the entire journey took about 8 hours and it was all very organised. with 12go i’ve found u just have to go with it. u don’t get told how many vans or ferries u are taking as long as the start and end point are right u just have to trust them and they do this all the time it’s very organised.

Felix MThe driver was punctual at the accommodation for the pick up. During the van trip we stopped for a toilet break 2 times. The driver also accompanied us to the check in for the ferry. Only his driving behaviour was a little rough...

Saskia There was strange communication about the pick up time at my resort. First I’ve got a Whatsapp from someone called Bebow. She Saïd she would pick me up at 09:00 at my resort. The morning of transport the reception of my resort told me that the recieved a phonecall that the pick up time gaf changed to 08:30. At the end I was pickles up at 09:50in a minivan which was old, dirty and had seats that where ruined . And the AC was not strong enough for 10 people in the van. The driver hardly spoke English. So not the very best experience. The plus was that I was on time for the ferry.
The rest of the trip went fine.

Aurel CWas good. Time to explore a non touristy streetfood market bwfore the ferry. We were not charged additional money for luggage. We arrived on time.
