Michael BThe driver how came to pick us up from the hotel was late, also the bus to the peir. We almost missed the ferry and got "only" an hour late to koh samui than what that was promised.
I recommended only If you don't mind lates and delays.

Thomas All good. The operator asked to depart 30min earlier. We had to hazzle a bit, but at the end we did catch an earlier ferry and arrived 2 hours earlier.

Marek SOverall experience was very poor. The minivan was extremely overcrowded, with no real seating space. During the trip, the driver kept picking up additional passengers, which made the situation even worse. There was almost no air inside the vehicle — the air conditioning was not turned on, and when someone opened a window at the back to get some air, the driver angrily complained and forced it to be closed immediately. The driver’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that he did not like tourists at all. Unfortunately, this driver completely ruined our experience with Phantip.

Hadrien MOrganisations is great, but we arrived 45min late because of the ferry... Why annonce arrival time 15h00 when arrival time is 15h30 at the bus stop in Surat Thani ? And the seatran ferry is also to blame since departure at 14h means boarding at 14h00, meaning 20 min late duentonthe time to laod the ferry... Please put the true arrival time and announce all the stops in the description from now on.

Monika MThe viewpoint and the rainforest pool weren't that great. You could skip these two spots and spend more time in the water at the restaurant instead. Also, it's not a good idea to do a water activity right at the start, because then you'll be wet for the rest of the trip or have to change your clothes and then change back again later.

Myah HTook closer to 6.5 but that was to be expected! Everything ran smoothly and on time. I was very pleased with my journey. There was not much waiting around. Only part that wasn’t totally clear was where to go once you got off the ferry (if you chose to pay the extra 150 baht for a ride to your hotel on arrival) but followed the crowd and found it eventually!
Our first bus was jam packed, impressive how much they manage to fit in such a small place.

Karin The van did a big detour south to accommodate other guests, then we had to switch Vans and missed the scheduled ferry
