It was absolutely perfect, from departure to arrival! A big thank you to the staff that made this travel so easy, specially as we had to cross a border, and the person spoke very well English. The bus by itself is very comfortable, large seats and large space for your legs. The team gives all the correct information, which is very helpful for a smooth travel. We also had breakfast and lunch on the bus, what a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend traveling with Giant Ibis, it’s a 5* service.

It is very pricey compared to other companies and for being in Asia but at least the staff was super well organized so there was no fear of the bus leaving without you at the other side of the border or anything. The lunch was delicious as well! The worst for me was that one of the staff was spraying air freshener in the toilet area every two seconds (something must have been broken in there) and it was hard to breath 😂 The seats weren’t very comfortable, especially for tall people. The interior of the bus wasn’t like on the pictures or worth $36. The condense water of the AC was dripping on you the entire way and in the end of the ride it got cold in there.

So easy I didn’t have to worry about anything, visa process was done so smoothly. Free food, wifi, toilet stops, great communication about everything. Definitely recommend giant ibis (Bangkok to Siem reap).

EVERYTHING IS GREAT! BEST BUS EVER. And they also assist us from the time we ride on the bus, to immigration until the drop off location in Siem Reap. The bus is clean. The free meals is very delicious. Everything was AMAZING!!

Excellent service and incredible staff. They were all so attentive to the passengers and really helped with the border crossing/visa process. Plus, the coach seats were so comfy and spacious. Giant Ibis Transport will definitely be my go to for future travel!

Travelmart's bus service provided us nothing but convenience. It has toilet so we don't get to stop for toilet breaks. They also offered us free instant coffees which is good. Overall it's a 10/10 for us.

It was difficult to actually find the starting point of the bus ride. The address is not accurate, because it leads you to their exportation hub. The actual bus stop is 2mins away - just contact them via call or WhatsApp and they will help you.
