Driver was early, professional, and safe. He stayed focused on driving for the entire 6-7h drive from Kanchanaburi to Chumphon (no texting, no calls, no music). We got one break midway at a well selected rest stop. We liked that it was quiet, clean, and cool inside; AC worked. My partner (178 cm tall) was comfortable enough but would have appreciated a bit more leg room. This service was more expensive than train+flying but was super convenient and reduced our transit time and transfers. I would use this service again for another private, direct transfer.

Driver was friendly and on time and got us to our destination in the pre-specified time. Car was modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Stopped several times during the 6.5 hour trip for toilet visits or refueling. No problem for us that there were so few breaks, but the driver was visibly tired at the end. When we asked if he was okay and didn't need another break or coffee he preferred not to stop; we were almost there. I guess he didn't want to go over time.... With music playing, we managed to cover the last 40km as well. For us, this was a very comfortable way to travel. With 4 people price-wise definitely a good alternative to other ways of traveling. Very satisfied and definitely recommended.
