It was like 20minutes too late and after a 24hour journey i just wantwd to check in the hotel. It said be 30minutes before start there ans i was a bit unsure about what happens when it wont come. But in the end it was all fine, thank you. It took 30mins länger to kata beach than planmed,but all good, no pressure

Got us where we needed to get to mostly. Bus was packed, luggage everywhere, very crammed. This is fine mostly except the a/c wasn’t cold, in a small van in 35c weather with 13 people this gets very warm. We told the driver where we needed to be dropped and he missed the stop and said to walk because he couldn’t turn around.

Driver was waiting at the wrong part of the airport, can sometimes Happen. The driving style (stopp and go) is also not good for somebody with a sensitive stomach.

Transfer was ok, hoewever we did book the transfer at a specific time and there was no taxi, we had to wait 20min for the transport. The driver had to ask where we wanted to go, eventhough we already wrote the hotel name on the booking.
