The busseat was not comformtiable and seatbelt was not working in the frontseat. (Missing the klipon) I would have died in an accident. We were 2 hours late and where was so much waiting on top of that. What took 14 hours could have been done in 10 or less if planned well. I would have nice to know what was bus and what was ferry. I think they changed to slow ferry. It is confusing to buy at ticket for transport on Koh Phangan before arrival, it was hard to find them on arrival instead of just taking a taxi then. Not helpful offer, felt more like scam. Ferry very old, but okay and with seats to sleep in it took about 4 hours.

Very smooth and relaxed - I highly recommend. We arrived quite in time even though it was a ride of 8+ hours by bus and ferry! To be fair, the weather was good, so always keep that in mind. On the bus, you get a small snack and a water bottle, as well as a blanket in case it's too cold due to the AC.

Our bus was old, seat was uncomfortable, the foot rest was just a simple metal bar, our feet and legs still hurt 2 days after. We were next too the bathroom and the door kept banging because people would not close it after use, and a bucket of water was spilling during the trip. There was a USB charger for every seat though. As for the transfer to the boat, it took 1hr wait to get on our minivan to the pier, it felt organized but messy. We got on a very old and run down ferry, bathroom was terrible, we arrived 30 min late but otherwise we made it okay.
