Our bus was old, seat was uncomfortable, the foot rest was just a simple metal bar, our feet and legs still hurt 2 days after. We were next too the bathroom and the door kept banging because people would not close it after use, and a bucket of water was spilling during the trip. There was a USB charger for every seat though. As for the transfer to the boat, it took 1hr wait to get on our minivan to the pier, it felt organized but messy. We got on a very old and run down ferry, bathroom was terrible, we arrived 30 min late but otherwise we made it okay.

You have to arrive 1 hour before, it says on the PDF voucher. But they open at 8.00 so this cannot be done when we had to leave at 8.45. They lie and say because of weather conditions the bus is late, but there was no rain. The came from bangkok. Why are we waiting for a bus from bangkok, when we are traveling from Hua Hin. The ferry was also late an extra hour because we had to wait for 2 more buses. Terrible planning and no information underway. We paid for vip but everyone got the same. A wide seat with a lot of legroom on an old bus with my video screen torn out. All in all not reliable

Bus was late but that’s ok, pretty comfortable, good air con. When we got to the transfer place where they split by destination we had to wait another hour. I paid 200 for a taxi from Koh pgn port to my hostel and when I got to the destination there was no one there. So you don’t need to book this in advance. Otherwise it’s a good service
