Around 3am (2h before scheduled arrival) the bus stopped and an announcement in Vietnamese was made. Since we had not arrived yet, i went back to sleeping. A few minutes later we were woken up abruptly and shouted at by a bus driver in Vietnamese, signaling that we had to get off the bus. But we hadn't even arrived at the destination. This was very unprofessional and made us feel really bad. Eventually someone else came and told us the journey would continue in a limousine.

Best limo bus I have been on in Vietnam. It was new, clean and very comfortable. The communication and service from the operator was excellent. The only negative is that it was an early morning trip and when we stopped, there was no coffee available.

Picked up from Hostel in a large minibus. Only 3 people on the journey. Stopped at really nice road stops. Ordered a taxi to our final destination from the travel office.

We stopped, soooooo many times for the drivers to load on and off different things they were apparently transporting and also a lot of passengers just being driven short distances. Arrived late and we only stopped for break once. No seatbelts.

Good service, comfortable new bus. Responsive and helpful person on WhatsApp. But bus stopped outside town and put us in a van to get to the final stop which was stupid because the bus could’ve gone across town giving us more time to sleep
