The pickup from the location was a bit confusing and hectic. You didnt really know what bus belongs to what company. Once on the road everything seemed fine. The sleeping seat was spacious and comfortable. While sleeping we suddenly woke up by a big bang. Glas from a shattered window was over my wife on the bed next to me. We aren’t sure what exactly happened whether the bus hit a streetpole when coming off the road a bit or if it hit another truck while passing. Accidents can happen though and we are glad my wife didnt get injured. Almost a miracle in my opinion since a big sharp piece of window glass ended up right next to my wife’s face. The bus kept driving for a minute before coming to a stop. During that stop we told the bus driver with the help of google translate that the window on the upper back right seat was shattered. They didnt seem to care. Since the bus was completely full and some laying even on the ground there was no other space for her to go so we shared the same bed/seat for the rest of the trip back to Ha Noi. After some time someone came to clean the glass of the seat and tried to tape the window from outside the bus in order to prevent further damage to the window i guess. On the rest of the drive we kept stoping for a little bit to apply more tape etc. Around half an hour before arriving at the drop off location we got asked to change to a van that will drop us off at the destination. The van was completely full though so my wife, i and a third passenger ended up having to stand inside the van. Overall we aren’t happy how things went but I think if the accident hadn’t had happened the overall experience would have been 4 stars instead of 2 with the pick up procedure being the only criticism.

The Check in was easy, the Bus came 1 hour late but that was expected and communicated at the Check in. The AC stoped working mid-drive. It wasn't possible to select seats so we got the upper ones all in the Back. There, it is loud, shakey, and allways vibrating.

The bus was way to late. No one speaks a word english.. we had the end seats and they couldn’t come done so we had to lay up straight .. We got dropped off at a spot not even near our hotel where we where supposed to be dropped and there where all taxi drives waiting for us to rip us off. We got ripped off by one taxi because we where just to tired (2 hours later than supposed to arriver) and the light in the cab was blue so could not see the money well. He did the exchange trick on us..

Driver arrived 2 hours after scheduled pickup time. We payed for VIP 22 sleeper bus, but were inside a 7 seater car for the whole journey.

Van arrived 30 minutes late At the beginning AC was on but later it was turned of Driver jumped immediately out of the van at stops without telling how long we would be there Driver forced everyone to get out of the van at the same place while we were told we would be dropped at the hotel. Told us it was of the because of the night market but the taxi we took could bring us there with a little detour.
