The Bus didnt stop where it supposed to stop in Hanoi. Instead the driver drove randomly around in the City whithout bothering to Tell anybody what he was doing. In the end we arrived 2h later than scheduled in a totally different Spot than supposed to. Moreover it was very difficult to identify the right bus in Ha Giang. The spot marked on the map was not exact and at the bus station 10 different people storm at you and try to convince you that their bus is the right one. We only found the right bus because we ignored them and actively approached several parked Vinh thien buses and one bus driver had our reservation. There should be a better way to solve this

The trip was so windy and bumpy, a sleeper bus is not really worth it. When we did get to Hanoi, we were so rushed in getting off the sleeper bus, we forgot things on the bus. And after getting off the sleeper bus, there was a mini bus into downtown that didn’t have a destination. They needed us to provide a location which we didn’t know at 4:30am. So we just got off the bus when they stopped for someone else.

The journey was divided into two sections with a dinner break, which was quite good. The first section was great. The driver was excellent and safe. In the second section, I was transported alone in an electric car, which was also fine. But the driver was not well familar with the new electric vehicle. We could have made it on one charge. But unfortunately, the driver sped past the speed limit, so we had to stop twice. And he wasn't very familiar with the car's recuperation, so you were constantly accelerating and braking in the car with constant head bobbing, which was quite annoying. Around 3am (2h before scheduled arrival) the bus stopped and an announcement in Vietnamese was made. Since we had not arrived yet, i went back to sleeping. A few minutes later we were woken up abruptly and shouted at by a bus driver in Vietnamese, signaling that we had to get off the bus. But we hadn't even arrived at the destination. This was very unprofessional and made us feel really bad. Eventually someone else came and told us the journey would continue in a limousine.
