Oh Well. Pick-up worked, started on time and got to my Hotel in the end, so the basic was fullfilled. But 1. It took way longer than estimated, in no universe this could have worked in 6 hours 2. Not great communication, we didn't know when the Stops would be (and they we're planned poorly) 3. To the wirst:the Driver. He was speeding and drove Like hell, Breaks? Only for the weak... Gosh i didn't felt safe and sleeping was Not possible because driving so fast with this roads, No fun. 4. And the Driver was not nice to say it polite, He yelled at us at out second Break because in His opinion we took too long , 10 minutes with toilet and food is way Not enough when u need to wait vor the Toilet, and it was only 8minutes when He started yelling. (I needee to Out my food away , didn't eat shit vor 8 hours because of that) Oh and later at the ferry, He was complaining to Others about us, making us responsible for having to wait for the next ferry??? Wtf, and He made gestures Like he would like to kick us. Never would i Go with this again....

Everything went well but it took far more longer than expected. We arrived at the pier at 8pm (instead of the estimated time of 3pm….!)

1,5 Hours late. Nice driver, the drive was fine. I don’t appreciate the extra 400 Baht we had to pay extra for airport pickup instead of Bangkok town pickup. Airport doesn’t mean a longer ride, since the driver doesn’t need to go through heavy traffic. Additionally 360 baht for the ferry. Just include it in the ticket price already, it’s just annoying to pay extra.

They refuse to refund my ticket saying it is too short notice. In fact, it is 48 hour notice; it’s nothing short of being very long notice

Booked the Bangkok to Koh Chang hotel transfer. I didn’t include any extras and got a WhatsApp 20 mins or so before departure and greeted at pickup point. Admin was very good and kept up to date with the schedule. The driver was very friendly, drove fast but not dangerously. Got to ferry and hotel destination within estimated time. Had 2 stops on the way, 20+ and 10+ minutes. FYI: I would however check that your baggage remains on the bus with you if there are multiple drop-offs. (Be responsible for the whereabouts of your own luggage. Mistakes will happen!). Also make the driver very aware of your hotel drop off. All in all a very good experience and an excellent service. I highly recommend based on my experience.

The pickup point was easy to find. In the bus there was a very annoying beeping sound, every vouple minutes it would beep a bunch of times. Then when we arrived at the pier we had to get of the bus because we were late and it could not get onto the ferry. We had to wait outside for the ferry for a while, without air conditioning. Finally, we reached the destination about two hours late

The trip was overall fine, but the air conditioning wasn’t effective and couldn’t handle the heat. After 6 hours on the bus, everyone was really fed up with the journey and much more exhausted than expected.

At first I want to say that the organization itself was very well. This includes the Pickup and the Transport by the Ferry. The driver was constantly anoyed by talking with others in bus. We did a few rest stops which werent all necessary. The AC didnt work well. Driver didnt help to put the luggage in the car. At the end the was driver was in hurry and drove too fast with an lack of Professional driver skills. Cant recommend
