Don't like that the webdite automatically had a checkmark for a covid insurance. 500 extra baht. I did get a refund, but it's a hassle. Also we put in child, the price was full fare, when it is supposed to be half. Still waiting on my refund for that, it's been a week now

It was alright. Booked flight+ferry. It was a long day with long wait at pier. The ferry was full, but there where extra chairs. It was very warm, no wind unfortunately

Well organised despite arriving at 4am on a sleeper train from Bangkok. Waited about an hour or so coach turned up and took us to ferry offices where we got ferry tickets ..Coach to the pier,about 25 mins. Again slight chaotic but everyone on board with luggage and nice smooth catamaran ride to Koh Tao ,about 90 mins. Everyone super helpful and friendly. Thank you
