Paul ELate, dirty vehicle poor communication on the operator. The delivery from the Laos border was the most inefficient and time wasting experience of my life. Much better to just get a tuk tuk.

Marius FPickup perfectly on time from the hotel and we were on the way to the border relatively quick.
The whole process until drop off at Huay Xai took 2 hrs longer than advertised. (4hrs total door to door)

Nalissa EMy pick up was on time as the first passagner, but quite disorganized for others. He didn't have all the correct pick up addresses and it took over an hour to get out of Chiang Rai. He was a good driver, much safer than previous experiences. I've learned that door to door isn't necessarily the best option.

Lukas MThe operator arrived on time, however the vehicle was too small for the number of passengers and luggage. We sat crammed in a small car (not a bus or van as advertised) for 1.5 hours, that was freezing cold. During the drive the driver seemed to microsleep at least once, creating an uncomfortable feeling and risky situations. Especially considering the relatively high price, the service we received seemed poor.

Irene HVery well organized transfer. It was a van ride to the border, then the bus service in the border (taxes already included), and another van in Lao. All smooth and correct, we did not have to worry about anything. Save some baths to pay in the border for the stamp (20 B) and for whatever taxes service (50 B or 1$).

Salome We arrived safely. Despite miss communication, we had to wait for the driver almost an hour, with back and forth messages to the pick up location. It’s something that needs to improve. They pick us in a car, and they were saying the car couldn’t enter the entrance of shopping mall where we were. It was very stressful. They need to improve communication.
We had the car to thailand border, then a bus to laos border and a open car to our location. We had to wait for more people at Laos border to take us to the street in HouayXay. So just for awareness, plan your time and take food and water with you. At the end worked well, but they need to improve how to communicate with the client.

Christian When first I had got in contact with the travel agency everything went great. Good pick up, good to get through the border and a good pick up there.
The only thing was that there was no contact info, and I had to google a WhatsApp number. Would have been nice to have that from the beginning.
