Fantastic speed of the driver, he didn’t take a break except to refuel and use the toilet. I was surprised and ended up being way ahead of schedule for my connecting bus. Really the fastest way from Chiang Mai to Nong Khai Bus Terminal woohoo

The seats were wide and had enough legroom but the leg rest should come higher and the head rest should support the head more because it was such a bumpy ride I kept hitting my head and waking up. We saw cockroaches on the floor during the ride. The blanket they provided smelt very bad even though it was wrapped like new. The curtains on the windows don’t cover the while window so are pointless. The lady that dealt with our boarder crossing made us feel very rushed waiting in the queue to show our visa. When arriving to the bus stations people literally decend running on the bus to hassle you into taking their taxi etc- it’s very overwhelming. Overall it got us to the destination safely and on time but I wouldn’t ever use this service again.

Very good. Seats upstairs are the best. You get a drink, snacks and a blanket. Left on time and arrived on time. The seats recline a lot so you can sleep very well.

You receive snacks , two drinks and a blanket , the bus was on time , you can recline your seat, no light on during the night, the staff was nice , easy to exchange your 12go voucher against the bus ticket at the station, toilets in, could be humid in, not that far by scooter from the border bridge

We were provided with snacks and a small bottle of water. The seats reclined a lot which made it easier to sleep. It would have been better if the footrests came up a little further to help with sleeping.
