Driver arrived 30 mins late, even though we were the first pick up. He then drove around Chiang Mai in circles picking people up a random order. Eg. The last pick up was the hotel next door to ours. We left Chiang Mai over an our late. The transfer was supposed to arrive in Chiang Rai at 12:30. However we arrived at 15:00 due to multiple unplanned long stops. Weren't enough seats/ room for people and luggage. Large bags ended up being put on/against passengers. This transfer was very disappointing as we booked it as it was supposed to be one of the quickest options. However ended up being 3 hours later than advertised.

The bus is great, but it needs to be checked. The lower part of the seat disassembled when I tried to lift it, so I had to fix it. The head rest was a bit rusty and there was a couple more details like those that should be easy to fix and would improve the experience a lot.

Collected on time from hotel & arrived only approx 1 hour late. Driver was under pressure at final pick up as he had full contingent of passengers & had to juggle us & our luggage. He did a good job, kept his cool & we arrived safely

The man at check in counter is not behaving properly. He is rude. Can't communicate properly with tourist. Please keep someone who can communicate well and politely to tourist

Amazing, quiet bus because it was EV. Working AC, it was intense, but it was clearly stated beforehand so we took some more clothes on board. Very clean, free water, super comfortable ride. 10/10. No need to book the VIP version, the standard version has plenty of space (I am 190cm). They also stop around 1 hour in the trip to go on the toilet and buy some food.
