The bus which supposed be at 0800 only came at 0955. The minibus was struggling to even go up the slope 2 hour ride became 3 hours 30 mins

I don’t recommend it. I was supposed to leave at 4:00 p.m., but we didn’t depart until 6:20 p.m. We had to push the staff at reception just to get a reason or a confirmed departure time. For context, 6:20 p.m. was actually the time I was supposed to arrive in Pattaya from Bangkok. I ended up arriving at 9:40 p.m. Terrible! The journey was advertised as 2 hours 20 minutes, but it took over 3 hours 30 minutes in a minibus that was not comfortable at all.

To be honest poor , i dont like to be negative but first was my original bus cancelled without me getting any info why, had to wait 1 extra hour, and the buss took 2 extra hours then expected which made me miss a important appointment i had.

It was a smooth trip but it's not pleasing to be shouted at by a ticket collector. That's what happened at Ekkamai bus station. A very rude and aggressive ticket collector.

Just a few points, some with 12go and others with the company. It wouldn't cost anything to put a sign above the ticket window with the name 12go; it would make things much easier for us tourists. The company's ground staff aren't friendly to anyone, whether tourists or Thais. The buses are super small; I understand that the locals are shorter than us Westerners.
