Coach ride was comfortable. Organization at Ekkamai is chaotic. Passengers with luggage are having do battle with going up and down steps. The "queuing" system for Pattaya is almost non-existent. The busiest ticket desk is hidden behind a column!

Driver was going around and do his staff like drop off some people on the way and drop off some bags on the way to someone he know. Although we left at 12 50 from mo chit, arrived time was 3 hour late compare to schedule and he drop us off on the main road and not at station. He said he have somewhere to go so he drop us off on the road. It is really really bad experience.

The bus just left without us and we were told there was no room and we’d just have to wait for the one an hour later. Don’t overbook seats.

The driver was 70 min to late and I was in Phuket 3 housers later than promised. And he not bring me to the pear but to another bus station in Pattaya so I had to take a taxi to the pear. I had my ferry missed already and then he sayes he don’t go any further, that was it for me. So that’s extra 150 bhat I needed to pay, thanx for that.

Pannipa Travel Company - beware of scams! I have never experienced such insolence! The information on the 12Go platform, where I booked my ticket from Bangkok to Pattaya Pannipa, is a complete lie. The departure time is not adhered to (1.5 hours waiting time at the scorching hot Mochit station), and the journey time of 1 hour 50 minutes (officially stated in the information) cannot be correct - it took 3.5 hours with no traffic jams! The booked (final) stop was not served, the driver dropped us off at the port, which is 40 minutes away from the destination stop. So, if you can, avoid these scammer at all costs!
