Bangkok to Pattaya Destination Reviews

AD
Don't book tickets with this company! Run away from them! Even for a little bit more Bath, chose an other one. Their minivans are very bad maintained and dangerous. The staff treat you like cattle and talk to you as shit. My minivan journey from Bangkok was awful! The bus arrived with more than 2h late at Mochit bus station Bangkok and they didn't give any explanation or apologies. But the worst was coming, when we arrive somewhere in Pattaya city at a crossroads, the bus driver simply stopped driving and ask to get off the bus and take taxi (Moto taxi) to continue our journey so I had to pay a taxi to continue my way although I bought a ticket to go to a specific drop off. Unbelievable! I have never seen something like that! And he didn't want to give me explanation! It is shame to carry and treat people in this conditions.

The only thing was unhappy about and probably out of their hands is that was very frustrated with fact the bus was delayed for over hour

Although we had reserved seats in advance, when we got on the plane there were no seats available and the four of us were forced to sit in different seats.

The place of departure was poorly indicated. We came in time, but had to wait 1,5 hoirs for the bus to leave. And I accidentally bought the insurance, which was never my intention. This should be made more clear on the 12GO website.

Pretty well organised, really easy to swap out the online confirmation for an actual ticket. Bus left Ekkamai about 10 mins late but still got to Pattaya on time. Comfortable enough journey although think my seat back was broken as it ywouldn't stay in the upright position for the entire journey. Hardly the worst thing in the world being 'forced to lie back on a 2 hour bus trip though. Would use this company/route again

Though the upper class you get the smoother is your journey, often second class air-conditioned or fan-only sleepers are a good money saving alternative.

Things to remember: When travelling by van with huge luggage buying a separate seat for your suitcase or backpack is a good idea. Do not expect there is a roomy luggage compartment in a van - there is actually none and your fellow passengers are unlikely to appreciate your luggage stuck under their feet, alas.
