Tge bus itself was very comfortable but it was freezing cold in there. Everybody was cold and no one wanted it to be that way. People wanted to sleep as it was an overnight transfer, not die in their sleep as ice mummies!

Hotel pick up and bus were on time. The journey was pretty quick and painless. 30 min stop for lunch which was included with the ticket. Quick response to my emails from Jimmy in customer service. Only negative was price. 100$ usd for 2 tickets seems very high for here considering the distance.

The transport to the big bus was awful. Tuk Tuk was crammed with luggage and people and he drove too fast hitting bumps. The big commuter bus was comfortable and on time with one 20 min stop. Seats reclined, charging port was operational and the toilet was clean and functional.

The bus station wasn’t clear on the réservation document. "Tesco lotus ayutthaya", only. The name of the commercial center is lotus ́s now. There is a spécial station for bus on a road/motorway. Not easy to guess. We searched ... the very bad point: cold, freeze all the night. Was the air conditionner broken ? I think no.

I travelled in class 3… I understand that the seats are not supposed to be comfortable in class 3, but the giant-sized cockroaches were a bit too much, and told a lot about the poor hygiene of the train.
