The seatbelts in the car was not working. We had two infants with us. He tried to convince us that seatbelt was unnessesary. After 10 minutes we got two of the belts fixed so we could fasten the child Seats. The driver was texting while driving, and driving recklessly because he had another trip after us. By reckless i mean for example passing scooters dangerously close. Not what you want with kids.
