Seemed organised initially but then when we got on the boat that was clearly over-subscribed it went downhill from there. Stopped at Railay Beach and asked 8 people to get off and go on another boat, but had to leave our bags on the initial boat, which I wasn't overly comfortable with.

It was extremely hot in the vehicle, and the air conditioning was barely working. The driver did not check the drop-off locations and instructed us to walk the remaining distance, even though some passengers had a 20-minute walk to their hotel, despite us having booked a hotel transfer.
