Molly CThe train itself is very rickety and old however the seats aren’t too bad are we were able to sleep for most of the journey. It’s pretty loud but manageable! I’d say you get the experience you pay for with the money.

Maya GI have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the bedding: everything was just fine for a sleeper train. BUT: i have never had such a terrible riding experience as on this train. For those booking this specific route / train type, be aware that you are signing up for 8 HOURS of extreme jostling and wheels screeching before the train starts to chug up the mountain allowing you to get a few hours of sleep. At times I thought the train was going to fly off the rails. I honestly would not take this route/train number again.

Robert RService was on time and professional. Staff was on duty, present, and helpful. Bunk was quite adequate and linens impeccably clean. However, instead of a food car there were roaming people yelling out, with a limited section. The train was rickety, in very poor condition, and loud making it impossible to rest. No alcohol. No alcohol allowed. No good coffee. For an eleven hour trip these things are a must for adult human beings. I’d gladly pay extra for these things to improve.

Sebastien PDo it ! Very good, but the seats are quite hard haha and the light is on all the night. (Be carefull u ll be cold for the morning if u are close to the window).

Ryszard GSeats were comfortable, cars were old-fashioned but provided unique experience. Little space for legs and random seats but we managed to sleep a little bit. Great landscapes from windows and doors. We could order a coffee and meals.
