No closed doors, Even when the Train drives 150kph. No closed Windows, it is loud inside and cold. You Can See nothing because it is pitch black outside. The seats are okay. The Trip is about 14 Hours, cold, loud, they dont turn the lights off, horrible

The price was low, the toilet walls were crawling with small flies/insects, should be frequently sprayed with vinegar or insecticides

Relatively comfortable for a 10+ hr ride. Reclining seats helped. Surprised that there was no food or drinks on board. I thought maybe vendors would come on at train stations

Honestly you get what you pay for.. The journey is long, and slightly uncomfortable as you have to sit for 14 hours, but just stand and walk around if needed I will say that the benches and space in general is small - wouldn’t recommend for anybody 6ft+

It was a good trip. You need to take in consideration that the seats are not very comfortable at all, but everything else was fine. I bought the 3 class so I wasn’t expecting much. We didn’t have any problem with the schedule and we arrived in time. If I could recommend something, I’d to pick better seats for a bit more money. At the end of day it’s a 10h trip so if you con choose a better category you’ll appreciate it.

The overall experience was excellent. The train was comfortable, and the ride was smooth all the way to Chiang Mai. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well-organized. I would definitely choose Thai Railway again for future trips.
