Kim PWe booked the tickets in january to travel in July.
It was asked to delivery them at the hotel.
We changed of hotel and I asked of it was possible to print the tickets at the station. We received the answer the tickets were shipped and we had to pick them following the tracking code.
The trackingcode said it was at the post office so we went there to pick them up. There it was said they were delivered at the hotel. After contacting the hotel, they confirmed they were not delivered there. We went to the trainstation/metrostation as said on the website to ask to print the tickets. There it was said to go to the trainstation to print them… after 2 house of extra travel, we received the tickets and were just in time (15 min) before departure. It would be much easier of we could have received the tickets via mail…
