The easiest way to reach Hua Hin from Bangkok is by van with departures throughout the day both from Morchin and Sai Tai Mai bus terminals. Big buses call to Hua Hin on their route further south while the most picturesque way to travel is offered by train which departs from the main railway station in Bangkok and arrives to Hua Hin railway station which is considered the most beautiful period railway station in Thailand.
