For backpackers who can’t get away from the Western-style life, there’s a great guesthouse that sits above an Aussie Sports Bar, right in the heart of the city’s nightlife scene where backpackers congregate nightly. A room at this guesthouse, called Aham Corner, will cost anywhere from LAK80,000 to LAK 160,000 (USD10-20).
