The flight was delayed by roughly 2 hours. The aircraft stood in Chang Mai with very sparse and late information on the further procedures. No drinks were served even though the aircraft was standing out in the sun. Due to the delay we missed the last regular ferry boat to Ko Samed and had to pay eight hundred baht for a speed boat instead of 100 for the ferry boat.
