Michael We met Phantip just outside the train station (1 minute walk) at their office. They had a breakfast menu so we enjoyed some food after a long train journey.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The journey to Koh Samui was easy and well planned. They took us to the pier and gave us our tickets to Samui.

Sandra IWe had a great experience. At the train station we met two ladies who directed us to the Phantip office. There we could check in and buy done breakfast. After a short wait we went to the pier by bus. Immediately onwards to the ferry. When we arrived at Samui it was very easy to find the taxi driver who brought us to our hotel. All in all it took us 3,5 hours from train station Surat to our hotel at Samui. I believe it could not be done quicker or smoother.
