the bus waited for people who have booked but arrived late, still made perfectly it in time for the ferry On the bus part there were several breaks along the trip as there was no toilet on board, so it was also great to go for tiny walks For the ferry the journey was the quickest, a lot of comfortable seats inside and the sun deck is available for anyone who needs some air

Bus was good and on time although one bus was broke down so replacement vans were used for some people. The ferry felt over crowded and unsafe with people sitting on plastic chairs. Lights going out when waves were crashing. No life vests under chairs as described on signs

Everything was so easy, the bus terminal is not confusing, the bus is clean, fast and reliable, you have to pay extra 200 baht if you have big luggage but its okay.

First Van drive (from Hotel to Busstation) drove quite recklessly despite having enough time , felt a little bit insecure. Rest of the trip was very pleasant.

Everything was smooth. Although it said on the 12go site that it was a 6 hour ferry, its actually a 4 hour bus and 1 hour speed catamaran, but we knew that before we got on anyway, wouldnt hurt to update the website so its accurate. Had the option to pay for a taxi to hotel on samui at the ticket office for 150 baht per person very reasonable. The bus journey was smooth and stopped once for rest break 30 min. The bus had ac and toilet. The boat was timely and a smooth ride. 0 complaints nice and easy good value for money, everyone polite and professional.
