Mica GIt was very difficult to understand that the van is going to the khao sok village and that is so far away from the notional park. Its not easy to understand the whole area on google maps and if it was written on the app maybe it could save us time and money. We booked a place near the park and we were very confused when we got there.

Rebecca PWent fro koh tao to khao sok, the overnight boat was good, beds were okay in comfort and i slept through the journey, the problem was with the vans- i had to switch vans around 4 times across what should have been a 2.5hr journey, at one point they got me to load onto a van then told me to get off as i was solo and they wanted to fit on a couple, they told me 5 minutes but i ended up waiting around 20minutes for the next van, which extended my journey and meant i didnt arrive in time to do the floating bunglows that day and had to push it to the following day. Staff did not communcate well why any of this was happening. They also tried to pressure me into purchasing a ticket for hotel transfere which i said i didnt need as my hostel was a 3min walk from dropoff location (to which they said my hostel was very far and i wouldnt be able to walk- this was a lie it was a 3 minute walk away)
