The trip was fine ‘& on time. However boat trip was not direct. It’s stoped in Koh Panang. This was not obvious at the time of booking but didn’t cause us a major issue. Otherwise trip was fine. Crossing was rough but this was not anybody’s fault.

The pictures show the big boat there is no description of the trip at all . We ended up on a small speedboat . It should be pictured when booking and a breakdown of the times and service. We had to catch two boats and wait at another pier of 60 mins in-between.

Horrible. We booked the Lomprayah Ferry it did not say “high speed” or “speedboat” when booking. We thought we were getting the catamaran, smooth comfortable ride. When we arrived we got boarded onto the speedboat and everyone on board thought they had booked the catamaran. I also only knew we may stop at Koh Phanangen because of a review but many people were once again confused and some people got off even though they had the Koh Tao sticker. 12Go was super helpful though in answering customer service when asking about pickup times from the hotel.
