Excellent boat with 2 levels. The boat from Samui to Koh Tao was very empty. I could lie flat to sleep on the whole row of seats. Aircon temperature was perfectly set. Not cold and not too warm. On time departure and arrival. Luggage was very organized putting inside the hull with aircon. One side backpacks and one side suitcases. Toilets were good with fresh water and toilet paper. Crew were helpful adlnd polite. Embark and disembark was very organized with crew assistance at the right spots. At Nathon pier in Koh Samui where I redeemed my printed ticket with my 12GO paid voucher on my phone, I found out buying online is 450B but buying at the pier counter is 500B. Everyone sat down in the shaded area next to the counter before getting onboard. Waiting was pleasant. It was one of the most professional and comfortable ferry rides in Thailand. Highly recommend Songserm brand. It was the cheapest and also the best experience compared to other brands.I enjoyed the ride a lot.

The boat was supposed to leave at 12.30 and arrive @2.30 ,we left at 1.10 and arrived @3.50 .Very very rocky (weather conditions were good)

the ship was in excellent condition, lots of space for passengers, the crew gave out vomit bags and essential oil against the sickness. Unfortunately, it took more than half an hour more than the 01:50h which I booked.

Everything went great. The only thing is that it takes 4hrs because they first go to Koh Phangan and stop there for 1hr. Besides that everything was as expected.

Not for the faint hearted. The ride from Ko Phangan to Ko Tao is extremely rough with heavy waves. Definitely take motion sickness tablets beforehand. It’s very shaky, you will get a bit wet and at some point it honestly feels like the ride will never end. Sickness bags are provided in case anyone needs to throw up. Overall a very intense experience.
