Cero to no information about where to go. At Phi Phi the check in counter is for the ferry, there is no counter for Phantip (as explained in the pdf). Once arriving to Krabi, again no information, asking to many locals you find your way to the outside of the ferry area where a small van saying phantip was located. The van from Krabi to Surat Thani (2 hours), was in general ok, BUT, we got the last seats in the back row which were not "real seats" they were hardly bouncing in the highway with any minimum imperfection on the road, so forget to even rest your head on the seat. The ferry was Ok, and the big bus was ok too.

Everything went super smooth, from booking online, using the e-ticket at the boat check-in (Koh Phi Phi), the driver stood (as promised per email) with our names written on a sign st the pier in Krabi to pick us up and brought us to our final destination (Surat Thani train station, which some 15 km out of town). Thanks to 12Go.asia and Ramon transports for this flawless journey!
