Overall, the service was good, but the trip felt quite long. The scheduled travel time was 1 hour 45 minutes, and in our case it took around 10 minutes longer. Compared to that, we used a speedboat on the return trip, which only took about 50 minutes, while the price difference was only around $3. So if you want to save a lot of time and perhaps enjoy a more exciting ride, there are definitely better alternatives for just a little more money. This ferry is more suitable for low-budget travelers or for people who prefer a slow and relaxed journey. There is air conditioning inside and a toilet on board, which is a plus. However, there were no drinks or snacks for sale, which I personally do not understand, as it would be an easy additional service and source of income. Comfort during boarding and disembarking could also be improved. You have to carry your luggage onto and off the ferry yourself, which can be quite tiring, especially when many passengers are leaving at the same time and you end up waiting in the sun for quite a while. Overall, it is an okay option, but there are better alternatives available for only $2 to $3 more.

Everything was organized extremely well! We’re rode the ferry on a rainy day and the boat was very rocky - I got sick… The van was very comfortable and everything worked out to plan. I’m sure it was just a bad day because of the rain storm but if you get sea sick just be prepared in regards to the ferry.
