Went with this ferry as the terminal was closest to the Koh Samui airport and arrived closest to our accomodations on Koh Phangan. Ferry left on-time and was very fast by speedboat. Felt safe and well-organized!

The only reason for the poor score was because the boat was overbooked and many of us passengers (maybe 40) didn’t have seats to sit on and had to stand in the isles for the duration of the journey.

Never received confirmation of tickets but luckily the ticket office accepted the receipt from 12Go. The boat was 30 minutes late which seems to be normal practice here

The boat was very bumpy due to the weather and my daughter was sick. It was a shame that the boat couldn’t be made less bumpy, and also there were no sick bags. We also nearly missed the boat as the lady at the office at the pier said it would leave from gate 3, but it left from gate 2.
