Was redirected to another ferry going to wrong pier. Not sure why when the ferry we booked was at the dock. The ferry we were sent to was overbooked and absolutely packed. Waiting area was way too small for all the ferries leaving at the same time. Only one exit off boat makes disembarkation super slow. Need more capacity and more access points to get on and off the boat. Would streamline the process.

I needed to repurchase the ticket in the app because of an error, and unfortunately it booked the wrong day - yesterday. I guess it moved my choice from the 19th to the 18th on the second time. I needed to buy another ticket, lucky mr to have enough time, but I paid double:( I usually order from the website and not the app. Can you refund me?

Very disappointing experience. The seats on the boat were dirty, the check-in process was chaotic and poorly organized, and the toilets were also very dirty. Overall, the boat did not feel clean or well maintained.

Went with this ferry as the terminal was closest to the Koh Samui airport and arrived closest to our accomodations on Koh Phangan. Ferry left on-time and was very fast by speedboat. Felt safe and well-organized!
