Amit NIt was great but they weren't transparent and honest enough.
we needed to switch ferries at phi phi which was a surprise,
And even though everything went smoothly we came 40 minutes late so the timing is just off.

Nicole SFirst part of the trip was absolutely fine, well organized, boat was okay - spacious and it felt safe, it was the boat as displayed in the photographs when booking. All good. In Phi Phi island we had to change boats, which was well organized though a bit hectic. Then came another boat - and that was different (and a different operator). People were crammed inside and there was no possibility to be outside a breathe fresh air. It was pretty hot inside and there was no air condition, just fans.

Jonas KTrip took over an hour longer than advertised.
Operator made multiple stops, taking all of the "speed" out of the speedboat booked.
You can spend less on a more comfortable ferry ride and not lose much time.

Kevin EPickup, check in and speedboat ride quite smooth. Sea was clam so easy riding.
They could improve by texting a confirmation in the morning with the exact time for pickup. It’s a bit of black box if/when they come.
