Jakob BExtremly hard to find driver. In the information package it says your driver will stand with your name in a sign. This is not the case after around 1h walking around looking for a driver with my name on.
Apparently after calling number on the booking voucher my name was on a wall with maybe 100 other name and I should search for it. If this was mentioned it would have been easier to start looking. Everything else was good.

Alex BBooked a “VIP van” but the van was very basic and lacked the usual comforts Thai transfer vans usually have - no tinted windows, curtains, ambient lighting or rear ventilation and just bench seating like a school bus. I appreciate it’s pot luck with this game and they’re all independent drivers and agencies but we had a choice of a few companies on 12go and chose this one (the most expensive) because the van looked the most premium and comfortable. We also had a whole ordeal with a baby car seat that the driver eventually solved with a mate of his but the transfer company didn’t do anything to solve (we had requested one through 12go who supposedly didn’t pass on the message).

Gask EThe first thing we found out when we got in the van was that the seat belts didn't work and the sign that said that you would be fined if you didn't wear it, the drivers belt worked of course because he's the most important person in the van, right !

Andy BBooked last minute, when we arrived at the airport, my name was displayed and the driver turned up with a big smile and a VIP vehicle. The drive was four hours and was very professionally driven. Top marks.

Abi CMy driver was great, i was on my own and felt safe. I didnt have time to get baht out so he paid the ferry which was very kind (i paid him back when i got to the hotel).
