Very disappointing experience.
The taxi arrived 40 minutes late, despite being pre-booked for a specific time in the morning. I contacted the company after 20 minutes of waiting. This caused unnecessary stress, as I had to catch a ferry.
What was even more frustrating was the way the situation was handled afterwards. The delay was denied, even though I provided screenshots as evidence.
