Mario LThe driver came 30 min too late without notice - for an airport transfer not acceptable. I ordered an 2nd taxi from the hotel and had to pay 500 bhat fee as the 12go driver was arriving faster but overall thats not how it should be. Requested an 500 bhat refund but not seen till now.
