No response on whatsapp, but driver picked me up quickly. Very friendly driver, but it took 3 hours to arrive at my destination. Driving was safe, but also unnecessary slow in the first half of the tour. Even busses drove faster. Driver needed a stop for toilet, and I said "no problem, if you can fo faster".

The driver was very courteous. It took a little bit of time for the car to arrive but there was a lot of traffic. I was really cold in the car and the driver could not understand to cut down the air conditioning. It was easy to get in touched with your service by WhatsApp. It made me feel at ease and confident.
