Upon arrival at Surat Thani train station, we were intercepted by staff wearing 12Go Asia T‑shirts and were led to a different meeting point under misleading pretences. There, we were pressured to order food, which we clearly did not want. When we declined, the staff became unfriendly and started ignoring us. Despite several attempts to communicate, our questions were simply left unanswered. Only after asking passers‑by did we learn that the actual bus station was in a different location, and we ended up catching the bus only at the very last minute.

The bus was on time, and there was plenty of room for our luggage. At the station, there was an employee who asked for our ticket and then informed us when the correct bus arrived. Excellent service.

Cheap and cheerful. Some confusion on arrival. Booked a 6am bus online but buses didn't start running until 6.30am. Luckily we didn't have an onwards connection as bus was then 45minutes late.

- The pdf given GPS coordinates did not really reflect true Meeting Point (but company related people were waiting in front of the Train Station, Guiding us to the Meeting Point) - bus was Old but working (more Enough Space for everyone) but the was no Chance to increase temperature by our own - Even There was no Dedicated trunk for our luggage there was no Space for the very few items. I Wonder what what Happen if everyone would be Traveling Big Bags?
